Rankings and Awards

  • By decision of the Minister of Education and Science, the UŁa was granted the privilege of conferring doctoral and postdoctoral degrees at all faculties. Until now, such a privilege was held by the Faculty of Law and Administration.
  • The Lazarski University's Faculty of Law and Administration took first place among non-public universities in the 16th Ranking of Law Faculties, prepared by "Dziennik Gazeta Prawna".
  • UŁa invariably at the top of the Perspectives ranking. We took 4th place out of 43 non-public universities. The ranking of Academic Universities takes into account 29 indicators grouped into seven criteria: Prestige, Graduates in the Labor Market, Academic Potential, Innovation, Scientific Effectiveness, Educational Conditions and Internationalization.
  • Lazarski University is the leader in the category of business education in the study of Trustworthy Brand, conducted by the Publisher of the monthly magazine My Company Poland and the research institute Kantar Poland S.A.. The most important goal of the study was to find out which brands of products and services aimed at business are most trusted by Polish entrepreneurs.

Honors of our employees

  • At a ceremonial meeting of the Senate of Jan Kochanowski University in Kielce, at the request of the Academic Excellence Convention, an honorary doctorate was conferred on prof. dr hab. med. Anna Maria Nasierowska-Guttmejer.

  • Dean of the Faculty of Medicine, prof. dr hab. Pawel Olszewski, on September 15, during the 45th anniversary of the "Pomnik - Children's Health Center" Institute, received the "Friend of the Children's Health Center" Medal.
  • Mrs. Marlena Sakowska-Baryla, PhD, on the List of the 25 Best Women Lawyers in Business, as the only one awarded in the "Scientific Activity" category.
  • Among the winners of the 11th edition of the "Rising Stars Lawyers - Leaders of Tomorrow" competition was Vladyslav Semerynskyi, a Lazarski University law graduate.
  • Dr. Adrian Chojan from the Faculty of Economics and Management at Lazarski University joined Team Europe
