This website is partly compliant with the appendix to the Act of 4 April 2019 on digital accessibility of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to the incompatibilities and exceptions listed below.
Non-accessible content
- Some images lack alternative text or contain incorrect descriptions. We are currently in the process of updating image descriptions and improving accessibility.
- Some video materials do not have captions. We are working to add captions so that video content is fully accessible to deaf users and those watching without sound. We also plan to add audiodescription to the video materials in the near future.
- Some links, buttons and other elements of the site may not have adequate contrast. We are underway to improve their accessibility.
- The heading hierarchy (H1–H6) is inconsistent, making navigation difficult. We are in the middle of reorganizing the website structure.
- The “Search” button is unavailable for users using only the keyboard. We are working to fix this issue.

Accessibility of entrances, doors and corridors
The main entrance to the Lazarski University building, which is located at 43 Swieradowska Street in Warsaw, is in sector D. The entrance door is automatically openable and accessible to wheelchairs.
In the main lobby are located the building's administration and security post, where people with various disabilities can get the necessary help and support.
All standard entrances and exits are barrier-free and located at ground level. Some emergency exits may have thresholds.
The width of doors and corridors at the University is adequate to meet the needs of people with mobility disabilities. Internal doors between sectors do not open automatically, but remain open during the day, which allows easy access to the building.
It is possible to enter the building with an assistance dog, guide dog or an attendant.
Parking
There are three designated parking spaces for people with disabilities: two in front of Sector D, one in front of Sector F.
Elevators, access to classrooms on the 10th floor
The University building has five spacious, adapted for wheelchairs elevators, allowing people with mobility disabilities to access all floors of the building. One elevator is in Sector A, one in Sector D and three in Sector F.
They are equipped with time-delay systems for door movement, making it easier to get in and out, as well as advanced motion sensors for safety. Buttons in the elevators are large and easy to read, labeled in Braille, allowing people with visual impairments to use them comfortably.
In Building F between the 9th and 10th floors, there is a platform for people with mobility disabilities to access the classrooms on the 10th floor.
Student service points
These are equipped with induction loops to aid communication with the hearing impaired.
Wireless bells are located at the entrance to each student service point to call a staff member who will provide the necessary support, including opening the door.
