The Scientific Center of the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences and Lazarski University
The Scientific Center of the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences and Lazarski University is an independent scientific and research unit created by the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences and Lazarski University in Warsaw.
The goals defining the strategy of the Scientific Center stem from the legal regulations on science and higher education, and are linked to the process of improving the quality of scientific activity and translating it into the teaching process. The main tasks of the Center include, in particular:
- conducting, supporting and coordinating scientific research and improving teaching processes;
- developing direct relations between science, basic research and didactics;
- improving the quality of education of students in the field of "international relations" and postgraduate and doctoral students to a higher level;
- initiating and coordinating the participation of Lazarski University in Warsaw and the Institute of Political Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences in national and international research programs;
- taking initiatives of a scientific and research nature (conferences, seminars and scientific symposia);
- supporting the activity and mobility of research staff;
- obtaining and handling research projects: national and international, conducting expert and advisory activities on political issues and international affairs.
The Scientific Center, through the implementation of meticulously selected goals and setting specific tasks, wants to achieve a leading position in our scientific and educational market in the field of "international relations".
