Collection of diplomas

Graduates can collect their diplomas from the University Archive during office hours. Please have your ID ready.

Detailed information on the location of the Archives and opening hours is available on the Archives website - click here.

We recommend that you collect your diploma in person.

If you are unable to come to the University in person, you can authorize a designated person to collect your diploma on your behalf:

  • submit an authorization for the designated person in the presence of a Registrar's Office employee, no later than on the day of the diploma exam (a template of the authorization is attached);
  • obtain a notarized authorization for the designated person;
  • we can also send your diploma to you via Poczta Polska (Polish Post) or courier service, which is regulated by separate regulations (see details)

In accordance with applicable regulations, the University has 30 days from the date of the diploma exam to prepare the diploma.

Information about student ID cards

Remember:

  • first degree graduates may keep their student ID cards, which remain valid until October 31 of the year of graduation;
  • graduates of second-degree studies and single-cycle master's studies should return their student ID cards on the day they receive their diplomas, as they expire on the day they earn their master's degrees.

Requests and applications

All applications and requests related to the study program should be submitted electronically via the platform:

Please be advised that decisions made regarding submitted applications and requests are not administrative decisions within the meaning of the Code of Administrative Procedure (KPA). Decisions are published directly on individual student accounts on the e-dziekanat platform. The deadline for appeals is counted from the date of publication of the decision.

We strongly encourage you to regularly check the information available on the platform.

A third-party authorization

Information regarding the GDPR in relation to authorizing third parties to handle student matters at the Registrar's Office.

In accordance with the applicable regulations on personal data protection (GDPR), we kindly inform you that all matters related to your studies must be dealt with in person at the Registrar's Office – without the involvement of third parties.

This means that, for example, certificates cannot be collected by other people (e.g., a friend or family member).

If you anticipate the need to authorize another person to collect documents or obtain information regarding your studies, please log in to your account on the Registrar platform and fill out the application: “authorization to collect documents and/or obtain information.”

The application should include the first and last name of the authorized person, their ID card (or passport) number, and the exact scope of the authorization granted.

Please note that authorizations sent by email are not sufficient and will not be honored.

 


Student certificates 

You can order certificates confirming your student status via the e-Registrar's Office platform:

  1. Log in to your account in the e-Registrar's Office system.
  2. Select the “Order certificate” option and specify the type of document.
  3. Once the order status has changed to “ready for collection,” you can pick up the original certificate in person at the Registrar's Office.
  4. The fees for issuing the document are in accordance with the current agreement on the terms of payment for studies.

Change of personal data

You can update most of your personal data, such as your home/mailing address, email address, or phone number, yourself after logging into your account on the e-dziekanat.lazarski.pl platform.

According to the applicable internal regulations on personal data protection (GDPR), the University does not disclose information about its graduates at the request of third parties.

A syllabus is a document that describes in detail a subject taught as part of a study program.

It contains information about the learning objectives and outcomes, scope of content, teaching methods, and forms of assessment, as well as indicating the basic and supplementary literature.
