- In an effort to build a trustworthy academic community that enjoys social prestige, academic, teaching, student and administrative staff are concerned with ensuring the highest academic standards, maximum openness and transparency in decision-making, respect for universal values, culture of speech, mutual respect and kindness.
- Older members of the academic community facilitate its younger members' full integration into the University.
- Exercising full freedom of speech, exploration and thought, members of the academic community respect the cultural heritage, the Lazarski tradition and the rules of coexistence of the academic community.
- Punctuality, conscientiousness in fulfilling duties and attention to improving their qualifications are the ambition of all members of the Lazarski community.
- The academic community considers it its duty to spread the ideas of tolerance, empathy, peaceful resolution of social conflicts and helping those in need in the academic community and beyond.
- Members of Lazarski's academic community disapprove of all manifestations of violence, racism, discrimination, fanaticism, corruption and copyright infringement and ensure that they do not take place within the walls of the University.
- Each member of Lazarski's academic community cares about cleanliness and aesthetics and minimizing the cost of maintaining the facilities of their work and study environment in good condition.
- To ensure ethical standards, objectivity and impartiality, members of Lazarski's academic community voluntarily refrain from assuming a position, function, supervision, giving an opinion or participating in disciplinary proceedings whenever a conflict of interest could arise on this occasion, as well as when they have violated the principles of this Code.
- The academic community, headed by its authorities, cares for its employees, students and alumni and preserves the memory of the late Founder of the University.
