Currently, he is in the private sector, providing legal services for the Investment Banking Services Legal Team at major Polish bank, advising on high-impact capital markets and investment banking matters, primarily in the area of brokerage office, treasury department as well as own issuances. His expertise covers capital market laws (rules on investor protection – regulatory requirements for banks and investment firms), interest rates and benchmark regulation, financial transactions (including securitisations and bond issuances), capital requirements for banks, and other fields.
