Practices are carried out on a weekly and hourly basis as listed in the table above, referrals with a different number of weeks than listed in the table will not be accepted.

Practices are carried out during the holiday season.

Own scope

In institutions that are not Partners of the University

Before the start of the internship, you must report with the referral received from the Dean's Office, printed agreement (x2) and printed criteria for the selection of an institution and internship supervisor to the previously selected Institution in order to obtain approval (stamps and signatures of persons authorized to sign agreements on behalf of the Institution) on the aforementioned documents and agree on the date of the internship and complete the referral.

Then provide the Dean's Office with the documents (agreements, referrals, criteria for selecting the institution and supervisor) to obtain the Dean's signature.

The completed documents must be returned to the Dean's Office no later than two weeks before the start of the internship.

Time for collection of documents:

The dean's office will inform the student of the opportunity to pick up the signed documents by email.

The student will pick up the

  • Agreement (signed by the Dean for the Institution),
  • internship logbook,
  • Certificate of Accident Insurance,
  • A copy of the medical certificate of the occupational physician,
  • Copy of medical certificate for sanitary and epidemiological purposes,
  • A copy of the hepatitis B vaccination certificate,

With the received set of documents, go to the selected place of practice.

By the University

In facilities that are Partners of the University

Before the beginning of the practice, you must report to the selected Institution with a referral received from the Dean's Office in order to obtain permission and determine the date of practice. The completed referral should be returned to Dean's Office no later than two weeks before the start of the internship.

The student will collect

  • internship logbook,
  • Certificate of Accident and Health Insurance,
  • A copy of the medical certificate of the occupational physician,
  • Copy of medical certificate for sanitary and epidemiological purposes,
  • A copy of the hepatitis B vaccination certificate,

With the received set of documents, go to the place of practice

Completion of internship:

Upon completion of the internship, a completed logbook should be submitted to the dean's office along with a printed essay written by the student on the skills achieved during the internship of about 400 - 550 words.

On the first page of the essay should be written First Name, Last Name and album number. Centered text in the title should be written as follows:

On the basis of the above-mentioned documents, the practice is credited by the Dean through an entry in the logbook, record of course credit and in the student's periodic achievement card.

* Important information regarding internships for medical faculty:

  • Internships are mandatory.
  • The form of agreements is posted on resources.
  • Internships are treated as any subject. Registration for the next semester can take place only after their settlement!
