Palermo, the Sicilian mafia, and two brave judges – it sounds like the plot of an action movie, but it really happened! Last week was all about the exchange of international experiences. We had the pleasure of hosting exceptional language instructors from universities in France and Lithuania as part of the Erasmus+ program. We discussed the specifics of language teaching at our respective institutions, teaching methods, useful tools and applications. Naturally, we also delved into how AI is revolutionizing language learning. We also found time to show our guests some of the most interesting places in and around Warsaw — including, of course, the flight simulator at Lazarski University. We sincerely thank our guests for the time spent together and warmly invite them to visit us again!
Normandy is an incredibly fascinating region. We were guided through it by Anna Sydoruk, and our knowledge was put to the test in a short quiz prepared for the students. Thanks to Liubov Salahub, we also had the chance to experience a beautiful French song live. To finish, we enjoyed a tasting of Norman cheeses and buttery croissants. The next event in the Small Integration Meetings series will take place after the summer break. In the meantime, we invite you to view the photo report.

The first case was a protest by residents against an unwanted new investment, while the second was growing frustration due to protracted formalities and unfair fees for residents of an existing apartment building.
