The 2021/22 academic year ending soon is unique for the Faculty of Law and Administration of Lazarski University, because it is also it's jubilee year. The culmination of Faculty's 25th Anniversary celebration was the Gala held on June 7th, 2022.
Mediation should play an increasingly important role in our legal system - this is a conclusion that is clearly obvious based on works submitted to the SJO competition organized on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Lazarski University Faculty of Law and Administration. The jury was impressed by the accuracy of the arguments and the level of the English language presented by the essay writers.

To commemorate the 25-th Anniversary of the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Łazarski University, the Foreign Language Centre would kindly like to invite our students to take part in an essay-writing contest that focuses on the institution of mediation in the Polish legal system. The task is aimed to describe the role of mediation in Polish legislation, its milestones, evolution and application in real-life situations. Accuracy, creativity and use of English will be taken into account.
