Archive

On the Lazarski University Archives page, you will find information on the procedure for collecting diplomas, translations, and information on how to complete the formalities related to university documentation. 
 

We would like to inform you that the next Archive duty hours will take place on:
  • 4 October 2024, from 4 pm to 6 pm;
  • 11 October 2024, from 4 pm to 6 pm;

Please note that the Archive will be closed from 14 to 20 October 2024.

Operation hours of the archive

  • Monday - Thursday - closed,
  • Friday - 3.30pm - 6.00pm

For collection of diplomas, please report to the Archives during the following hours:

  • Monday - Thursday - closed,
  • Friday - 3.30pm - 18.00pm

Diploma collection

When collecting diplomas, masters students return their student ID card. If the ID is lost, a statement is required and can be written on the spot at the Archives.

Diploma Collection Deadline

You will be notified by email when you can pick up your currently printed diplomas from the Archives.
Until you receive an email from the Archives, please direct any questions to the deans' offices.

For any questions, please contact the Archives by email: archiwum@lazarski.edu.pl

In the title of the email, please include:

  • your degree,
  • your department,
  • your album number.

Please keep your correspondence uninterrupted.

Authorization

In the presence of a Dean's Office staff member, a graduate may authorize another person to pick up documents. It is only necessary to provide the number of her identity document, which she will have at the time of collecting the diploma from the Archives.

Please take care of the formalities related to the collection of documents before you leave Warsaw.
Authorization can also be written at a notary public.

Translation of diploma

A copy of the diploma issued in English can be ordered at the Dean's Office. The Archives will notify everyone of the possibility of collecting it by a separate e-mail. Until you receive an email from the Archives, please direct any questions to the Dean's Office.

Other Formalities

Non-graduates, expletives, and deletions, turn to the Dean's Office to pick up their documents. All certificates, copies, duplicates, extracts are also handled at the Dean's Office - not at the Archives. Postgraduate students pick up documents at the CKP office - not at the Archives.
