The monograph constitutes an important scholarly work in the field of the analysis of the Trade Inspection Authority as a structure of public administration. It is a valuable work that fills a gap in Polish academic literature in this area. To date, no synthetic study in the form of a monograph has appeared that contains an up-to-date assessment of the state of research on the subject matter of this work.
