Programme description
We are entering a time in which, empowered by AI, professionals with a management background will be able to create intelligent agents and operate within human–machine environments even more effectively than engineers, thanks to their broader, cross-disciplinary education - and this shift will redefine what it means to be a high-impact leader.
In the future, digital development and IT topics such as big data and artificial intelligence will significantly influence our society. The technology industry is expected to outpace most other sectors in terms of employment opportunities and salaries.
Our programme offers you a blend of theoretical knowledge and practical skills essential for managing IT projects and businesses in a digital world.
The curriculum is tailored to ensure professional readiness through a progressive approach:
- 1st year – Problem-Based Learning (PBL) – you will complete 2 projects (one per semester) that require the application of knowledge from each course you would go through during each semester.
- 2nd year – advanced skills development – via simulation games for real-world IT scenarios.
- 3rd year – internship programme (720 hours) – enhanced by the Career 360 project led by the faculty, preparing you for industry exposure.
As part of our studies, we pay attention to the development of soft skills – there are dedicated workshops and classes in this area.
In addition, elements related to responsible business education are included in the curriculum - mainly content on business ethics, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility/ESG.
Substantial part of the programme is delivered through group projects, case studies, field trips, class discussions, simulations, and in cooperation with prominent guest speakers from national and international companies.
50% of classes are conducted by industry practitioners, bringing real-world insights into the classroom.
At Lazarski, we prioritize a transformative educational experience by actively involving students in scientific organizations, emphasizing practical education through workshops, fostering invaluable networking opportunities, providing hands-on internships, offering engagement in conference organization for practical learning, and encouraging global exploration through the Erasmus program.
These initiatives aim to enrich your academic journey, empower personal growth, and prepare you for a successful future in a dynamic and interconnected world.
