Programme description
In the era of rapid digital transformation and the growing importance of online retail, e-commerce management has become a key field in modern business. The global e-commerce market is expected to reach US$3.89 trillion in 2026, with projections showing growth to US$4.96 trillion by 2030, at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 6.27%. The number of e-commerce users is expected to reach 4 billion by 2030, with user penetration rising from 54.5% in 2026 to 56.4% in 2030. The average revenue per user (ARPU) is anticipated to be US$1.14k, highlighting the increasing importance of effective e-commerce management (reference: Statista Market Insights).
From mastering digital marketing strategies to understanding consumer behaviour and managing online operations, this course prepares you for a successful career in e-commerce.

This programme consists of 3 stages:
- 1st year – Problem-Based Learning (PBL) – you will complete 2 projects (one per semester) that require the application of knowledge from each course you would go through during each semester,
- 2nd year – knowledge consolidation – you will participate in 2 computer simulation games to practise what you have learned,
- 3rd year – 720 hours of internship – you will be able to take advantage of the Career 360 project, offered by the Faculty of Economics and Management.
As part of our studies, we pay attention to the development of soft skills – there are dedicated workshops and classes in this area. In addition, elements related to responsible business education are included in the curriculum - mainly content on business ethics, sustainable development, corporate social responsibility/ESG.
