The Circle deals with consumer protection law and antitrust law.

Characteristics:

The objectives of the Circle include:

  • study and evaluation of the effectiveness of the activities of the antitrust authority in the control of abusive patterns,
  • impact of the CJEU case law on the application of the Law on Competition and Consumer Protection,
  • study of the effects of the Law of April 21, 2017. on claims for compensation for damage caused by violation of competition law,
  • assessment of the effectiveness of the antitrust authority's actions in preventing collusive bidding.
