Scientific Circle of Corporate Law

The study circle is a place for corporate law students to conduct in-depth analysis on the operation of corporations, with a focus on the practical application of the law. The circle is intended to help students seek answers to questions about corporate operations, corporate social responsibility, and business ethics.

Meetings within the framework of the study circle focus on expanding knowledge in the field:

  • law, governance and corporate governance,
  • transnational corporations,
  • function of corporations in the global economy,
  • impact of corporations on local and global communities,
  • social responsibility of business,
  • ethics in business,
  • compliance standards in corporations,
  • globalization of legal orders.

The scientific association pursues its goals through:

  • organization of meetings with practitioners of law,
  • individual development of students,
  • participation in symposia, meetings, national and international conferences,
  • support of scientific activities of students,

  • production of scientific essays,
