Recenzje:
The publication is a significant addition to the publishing market as it fills a gap in the interpretation of restructuring law in a broad sense, including comparative law aspects, and in the field of activities in out-of-court proceedings. It presents theoretical considerations on important interpretative challenges, making it an interesting resource for legal professionals who deal with restructuring proceedings in practice.

The key strength of the study is its examination of law as a social fact. For this reason, it does not merely present what the law looks like (law in books) but, more importantly, focuses on how the law works in practice (law in action). The study explores the practice of restructuring and bankruptcy proceedings in various countries, taking into account the legal culture of each jurisdiction.
