Bartosz Sierakowski, Ph.D.

Bartosz Sierakowski is a legal counsel and restructuring advisor, a partner at the law firm Zimmerman Sierakowski and Partners, and a member of the Higher Disciplinary Court at the National Chamber of Restructuring Advisors. He specializes in insolvency and restructuring law and civil and enforcement proceedings.

He is a research worker at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Lazarski University. He conducts research on the efficiency of insolvency and restructuring proceedings and focuses his academic interests on the issue of the insolvency estate's liabilities. He teaches insolvency and restructuring law in postgraduate studies at Lazarski University in Warsaw and Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He is a speaker at many national and international conferences and training sessions dedicated to insolvency issues.

Bartosz Sierakowski is the author and co-author of numerous articles on insolvency, restructuring, enforcement law, published in, among others, the Law Bank Monitor, the Trade Law Monitor, the Restructuring Advisor, Real Estate, and the Legal Economic and Sociological Movement. He is also an expert for the Daily Legal Gazette and TVN Business and World.
