The above mentioned mediation session concerned a resolution attempt of the labor dispute between the employees and the board of B.I.N.G.O. supermarkets Ltd. comprising 4 areas of the Civil Code in regard of violation of labors’ rights: overtime hours payment, promised salary raise, violation of labor safety and security rules and regulations and the impact of COVID-19 pandemic on the company.
Can the employer force the employees to work overtime? Can the employee refuse to work overtime? Come and become a mediator between the Management and the Employees of the supermarket chain B.I.N.G.O. Tomasz Pracki, the lecturer, invites to mediation.
