Can we express our opinions without fear of being prosecuted? Excluded from public space? Boycotted in social life? Please join the debate on December 17th at 8:00am in Room 36 and (re)define the concept: Does freedom of speech have limitations?
We shall start celebrating Christmas at Lazarski University as early as Wednesday, 8 December at 12.00 p.m, room 118!
The Czech Republic is our neighbour - both similar and completely different from us. We will talk about what unites us and what divides us at the meeting with Anna Sydoruk. We will also visit Prague and other beautiful places virtually and try Czech beer delicacies.
Classism, rankism, cancel culture, inclusiveness and diversity, racial discrimination, gender specific words, soft language, gender-neutral language and #metoo movement… They are all factors contributing to the rise and flourishing popularity of political correctness and its impact on social, political, cultural and even everyday life, making its presence nearly ubiquitous.

How to combine passion with language teaching? The teachers of the Foreign Language Centre at Lazarski University know the answer to this question perfectly. During the week-long workshops as part of the Erasmus+ Staff Week program, they shared their experiences with guests from France, Georgia, Lithuania, Romania and… Poland.

At the invitation of Dr. Michał Kuź, Faculty of Economics and Management and the Young Diplomats Research Club, and thanks to Lazarski University’s Structural Projects Department and a Fulbright Inter-Country Travel Grant, Prof. Thomas De Luca from Fordham University in New York gave a guest lecture at Lazarski University on May 26th on “The Upcoming US Elections and America’s China Policy.”
We are thrilled to invite you to a captivating journey into the vibrant world of Georgian culture at Lazarski University's Georgian Culture Day! This exciting event, co-organized by Lazarski University and funded by the Young European Ambassadors, promises to be an enlightening and unforgettable experience.
Over 45 participants competed on their smartphones in Auditorium 38 for almost an hour and, and during that time learned some things that they had not known before they entered the room... Three most successful players received token prizes funded by the Foreign Languages Centre and assured our admiration for being so knowledgeable is such diverse areas.
