The monograph addresses selected problems of security policy in the realm of electronic communications networks and services, with particular emphasis on the applicable international and domestic regulations in this regard. This is a subject matter that, year by year, garners increasing attention due to electronic communications services encompassing a growing volume of personal interactions, especially within the sphere of public administration and domains related to sensitive, including critical, infrastructure.

The author of the monograph has undertaken a challenge entailed not only in the analysis of the applicable provisions of European Union law and Polish law regarding the security of electronic communications networks and services, but also in introducing draft normative acts.
