Elsevier and Springer Open Publication Program 2025

The Ministry of Education and Science is offering an open access publishing program in selected journals of Elsevier and Springer publishers. Under the program, it covers the costs of publishing articles in these periodicals.

The program can be used only after an article has been accepted for publication in a particular journal, if the program pool has not been exhausted.
