The Center for Teaching Polish Language and Culture at the Foreign Language Department of Lazarski University organizes the state certificate exam in Polish as a foreign language at B1 and B2 on 14-15.02.2026:
- Written exam - Saturday, February 14,
- Oral exam - Sunday, February 15.
The next session is scheduled for April 24-25, 2026 for levels B1 and C1:
- Written exam - Saturday, April 24,
- Oral exam - Sunday, April 25.
Registration
In accordance with the Act on the State Certificate Examinations in Polish as a Foreign Language, registration can be opened no earlier than two months before the exam date. For the exam scheduled for 14–15 February 2026, the earliest possible opening date is therefore 15 December 2025 (the first working day after the two-month period). Due to an error in the registration form, it was temporarily possible to sign up earlier than allowed. Unfortunately, we are unable to honour any such registrations. All applications submitted before 15 December 2025 have been cancelled. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

Registration continues until all spots are filled or until January 13. - Possibility to withdraw from the exam with a full refund of the fee until January 12, 2025.

Registrants will receive two email notifications:
- Confirming that the form has been filled out correctly
- Information regarding the status of registration:
- either confirmation of the award of a place and a request for payment (to the account number provided in the email)
- or information that you have been accepted to the reserve list.
- or information that you have not been awarded a place.
NOTE: SJO states that it has no agreements with other institutions regarding the allocation of places for the Polish language certificate exam.
