She specializes in scientific research in the field of cancer biology with a special focus on breast cancer.

Author of more than 120 scientific publications in peer-reviewed national and international journals. Author of numerous chapters in national and international monographs. Scientific editor of 2 academic textbooks "Human Pathophysiology" 2013, Wyd. PZWL and "Human Physiology in Outline. An integrated approach" 2019, Wyd. PZWL.

Manager and executor of many university and external research and teaching grants such as.: head of WUM university research grant "Markers of angiogenesis as potential prognostic factors of gastrointestinal submucosal tumors" 2021-2022; contractor of external research grant "Transcriptomic, hormonal and metabolic prognostic indicators in mammary gland tumors of bitches" Ministry of Science and Informatization 2009-2010; head of external teaching grant "Oncoacademy key to health" Ministry of Education and Science 2023-2024.

Promoter and reviewer of numerous undergraduate and graduate theses. Promoter in doctoral dissertations: in two doctoral dissertations defended in 2020 and 2022, in one open doctoral dissertation, as well as promoter of two doctoral students in the Doctoral School of WUM. Reviewer in international and national journals. Reviewer of numerous teaching and research monographs under the double-blind-review model. Reviewer, member and secretary in postdoctoral proceedings. Initiator of curricula for optional classes for students of the Faculty of Medicine at WUM in the e-learning system. Supervisor of numerous student Mini-Grants and WUM Young Investigator grants.

Founder and scientific supervisor of the Student Scientific Circle of Cancer Cell Biology. Member of the Polish Society of Oncology. Member of the Council of the Health Sciences Discipline, and Member of the Council of the Faculty of Health Sciences at WUM. Serves as Teaching Coordinator in the Department of Oncology Propedeutics at WUM. Recipient of many awards from the JM Rector of the Warsaw Medical University. Awarded the Medal of the National Education Commission and the Bronze Medal for Long Service.

As part of her teaching activities, she teaches students of the Faculty of Medicine and Faculty of Health Sciences of the Warsaw Medical University. Also since 2018, he has been working at the Faculty of Medicine of Lazarski University in Warsaw, serving as the Coordinator of the Physiology and Pathophysiology subject for the Medical Faculty of Lazarski University in Warsaw. As of 2019, he also works at the College of Engineering and Health Sciences in Warsaw.
