Unanimous negation of green policy

On the 23 April there was another debate for the students of the Faculty of Economics and Management. This one concerned a burning issue of European Union environmental policy, which in the end of the day might lead to the increased cost of living for average EU citizens.

The debate was supposed to answer the question whether we are ready to accept possible hardships. The voting of the audience taken before the debate showed almost equal number of votes for and against. After a heated discussion which included such topics as 15-minute cities and their inconveniences, eco-friendly products and their prices, electromobility and its carbon footprint, greenwashing and its consequences and activists and their aggressive actions, the time came for a second voting. It turned out that an overwhelming majority voted against green policies of the EU.
