Do you want to develop your skills in speaking in public, present your opinion on important issues to the audience, exchange views, put forward your arguments and do it in English? Foreign Language Centre invites all Lazarski University students who speak English to take part in the Open Student Debate.

<strong>Debate Topic: MOBBING AND HOW TO PREVENT IT</strong>
<strong>When: Wednesday, 25 April at 14:40&nbsp;</strong>
<strong>Where: Lazarski University, room 146</strong>
Everybody is invited to present their point of view regarding the questions mentioned below as well as many other questions that are likely to come up during the event.
1.What is mobbing?
2.What is bullying, cyber bullying, stalking, rioting and harassment?
3.What are the ways bullying, cyber bullying, stalking and harassment negatively impact the employees’ development?
4.What are the risks to business?
<br /> 5.What can you do if you feel you are a victim of bullying? (five actions or strategies will be presented).
6.How can companies build a healthy culture &nbsp;that confronts workplace harassment pro-actively?<br /> <br />
The debate will be conducted by the FLC teacher Tomasz Pracki.
