We invite you to take a tour of the private student residence Xior Wenedów, located at 3 Wenedów Street in Warsaw. There is no need to schedule a visit in advance — simply come Monday to Friday between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM.

The residence offers quick access to the city center, proximity to green recreational areas, and is close to the Vistula Boulevards.

Getting Around

The most convenient way to reach Lazarski University is by tram or metro (approximately 35 minutes). Nearby, you will find tram and bus stops, as well as the Dworzec Gdański metro station.

Zeitraum Solec dormitory is perfectly communicated with other areas of Warsaw Śródmieście and the rest of the districts. Excellent connection with the Center of the City, the Old Town and access to the Vistula Boulevards, where the nightlife takes place, are not the only amenities. Solec is also an district with one of the largest green areas among all central districts in Warsaw. We can find here many parks and recreational places prepared for the residents of this part of Warsaw.

The nearest bus stop is 160 meters away, and the nearest tram stop is only 350 meters away. Lazarski University is located less than 35 minutes away by public transport.

The new student house will be housed in two interconnected buildings, which have 8 and 12 floors respectively, with a total area of 5,239 sqm. This translates into 149 rooms with as many as 214 beds. Some in premium suites.

There aren't many places in Warsaw that are as quiet and peaceful as this. The building at Władysława Orkana 10A in Warsaw is a well-maintained, clean, and quiet space where you can feel like home. The building is just 1.79 km from Lazarski University, so you can walk there or take the tram (just one stop). Our guests are students preferring a quiet and safe place allowing silence for study. Our rooms in the Mokotów district near Metro Wilanowska are of a high standard. The building is surrounded by a garden with a fish pond, where our guests can relax. 

In the immediate vicinity: Wilanowska Metro Station (a 4-minute walk to the metro station, it takes 10 minutes to get to the center by metro), tram and bus stops at Puławska Street are within 1-minute walk, walking distance to Westfield Mokotów shopping center, parks, cafes, bars, restaurants, gyms, bike paths, a cinema, supermarkets, shops, and a Sunday Breakfast Market (food market) with international delicacies in the nearby park from spring to autumn.
