Programme description
Reliable and responsible financial management lies in the heart of every successful organisation, enabling it to generate sustainable income, use resources efficiently, minimise risk, and achieve strong returns on investment. This specialisation will equip you with the skills to strategically plan, organise, lead, and control financial activities within a fast-changing global financial environment.
What's in it for you?
- First, you will learn how to manage assets, liabilities and equity of companies, so that they can achieve their highest profit-generating potential.
- Then, you will learn how to evaluate and select projects.
- Next, you will be taught how to procure funds from lenders, investors and public institutions, which are becoming more popular.
- To manage a company or a project existing within a firm, you need to understand it. Therefore, we will teach you how to analyse companies.
- Your studies will end with two classes devoted to the state-of-the-art simulation game, where our business-experienced staff will guide you in a decision-making process associated with managing a business.
We do not focus on teaching theory, beyond what is necessary!
