Graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics, where he obtained a doctoral degree in social sciences in the discipline of economics and finance (2022). Graduate of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Lublin University of Technology, where he earned the title of Master of Engineering in the specialization of Power Engineering (2007). His diploma year was completed as part of a research scholarship at the University of Glasgow, where he obtained the degree of Master of Science in the Faculty of Engineering (2006).

Since 2007, he has been working in the energy sector, at: the Ministry of Economy, Vattenfall Heat Poland, PGNiG Termika, and currently at Polish Energy Group. He is a project manager and leads investments primarily during the preparation stage, focusing on developing technical concepts and feasibility studies. Since 2022, he teaches microeconomics and macroeconomics courses in full-time and part-time programs at Lazarski University. Since 2025 he teaches macroeconomics in transnational education program delivered by Lazarski University in collaboration with The University of Westminster.
