National scientific conference "Minors, juveniles, young adults, or perhaps children - Polish law regarding young people"
We warmly invite students, doctoral candidates, academics, legal practitioners, and all those interested in the legal status of children and young people to participate in the conference, which will take place on 3 July 2026 at Lazarski University.
The conference will provide an opportunity for in-depth reflection on the place and role of young people within the Polish legal system. The programme includes academic presentations and discussions devoted to issues related to civil, administrative and criminal law, creating a platform for the exchange of knowledge, experience and research perspectives.
The event will open with the inaugural lecture “The Doctrine of Abuse in International Law as a Limit on the Exercise of Taxing Power – Methodology, Financing, and Preliminary Research Conclusions”, delivered by Błażej Kuźniacki, Ph.D., Professor at Lazarski University and Senior Research Affiliate at Singapore Management University.
The lecture will provide an introduction to research methodology.
