Should legal regulations be introduced concerning the market of cryptoassets (cryptocurrencies)?
The statute introducing regulations on the market of cryptoassets has already been passed twice by the parliament and twice vetoed by the president.
The regulation itself is controversial, however many countries including the USA, Canada, France and Japan have decided in its favour. The followers perceive it as a chance for security and the opponents as a threat for the fundamental rules of cryptocurrencies such as decentralization and privacy.
