The National School of Public Administration as a school for the Polish state administration personnel: changes, challenges, opportunities

On December 2, 2023, there will be a lecture by Mr. Jakub Kacprzak on the Polish administration staff school - the National School of Public Administration. The organizer of the event is the Administrative Law Scientific Club.

The subject of the lecture will be to present the institution of the National School of Public Administration and its role in shaping the civil service corps. The latest legislative changes introducing a new form of education and recruitment rules will be discussed.
We invite all interested people who want to find out what the National School of Public Administration is, what it can offer to new students and what awaits those who have already entered it.
The lecture will be delivered by Mr. Jakub Kacprzak, a student of the National School of Public Administration. Mr. Jakub Kacprzak studied law at Lazarski University in 2016-2021. He defended his master's thesis in the philosophy of law. He worked for several large companies, and then for the Capital City of Warsaw in the Żoliborz district. In 2022, he took part in the recruitment process and got into the National School of Public Administration. He completed an internship at the Ministry of Interior and Administration and the European Commission. After successfully passing the exam, he will start legal counsel training in January 2024.
