For many years, she has combined academic, teaching and managerial experience with business practice. She headed the Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Warsaw University of Technology. She was also co-founder and Chair of the Management Board of Szkoła Przedsiębiorczości Innovation Nest SPIN, where she developed entrepreneurship education based on the Lean Startup approach. She is the author of more than 60 academic publications and a recipient of the Medal of the Commission of National Education.
The new Dean graduated from the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where she obtained a PhD in Economics. She was awarded her postdoctoral degree (doktor habilitowany) in Management at Warsaw University of Technology.
The new Dean succeeds Martin Dahl, PhD, DSc, who will continue his academic and teaching activities at Lazarski University as part of the newly established Academic Centre for Teaching Excellence.
