Michał Jastrzębski has extensive experience in financial management gained across Polish and international organisations. Before joining Lazarski University, he served as CFO at Briju 1920 and, prior to that, as Director of Finance and Operations at Klinika Miracki. His professional background also includes more than a decade at Tupperware Brands and 11 years at Avon Poland, where his responsibilities covered financial management and the delivery of international transformation projects.
At Lazarski University, Michał Jastrzębski is responsible for the University’s overall financial management, including ensuring financial stability and security, maintaining efficient processes, and developing the finance function to support the implementation of the University’s long-term strategy. He oversees the Accounting, Planning and Controlling departments.
Michał Jastrzębski is a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where he studied Finance and Banking. He also holds an MBA from Kozminski University.
