The Italian feast begins
„Italians at the table” is an offer for those who not only like Italian cuisine, but would like to learn something about it and prepare something together. We will find out:
<ul><li>What is Italian cuisine and its basic products.</li><li>What meals are typical for Italians and where they eat them.</li><li>What establishments do Italians visit and what are their characteristics.</li><li>What a foreigner does not know about behavior at the Italian table.</li></ul>
We will also visit places where many typical products and dishes come from: Trentino, Parma, Venice, Bologna, Milan, Tuscany, Rome, Naples and Sicily. We will prepare and consume a few simple dishes together, and at the end we will show our satisfaction (or lack of it) with Italian gestures. ;)
