We cordially invite anyone who may be interested to participate in the 1st Conference of Doctoral Students of social sciences in the field of bankruptcy, restructuring law and insolvency research titled "Bankruptcy and restructuring proceedings from the legal and economic perspective". The conference is the first, interacademic event organised entirely by doctoral students and dedicated to them. We invite doctoral students who conduct their research in the field of social and economic sciences concerning issues of bankruptcy, insolvency and restructuring of entities and natural persons who do not conduct economic activity, to participate in the conference. The conference is to enable young scholars to present the results of their research and exchange ideas pertaining to restructuring proceedings, insolvency and bankruptcy, not only from the point of view of law but also with aspects of economic analysis of legal processes, sociology and the axiology of law. Insolvency, which very often entails poverty, constitutes an important social phenomenon and, as such, is crucial in terms of social and economic development processes in a society. We do hope that the conference will motivate doctoral students to instigate and continue multifaceted research of that phenomenon.

We're head over heels! Since the meeting "Italians at the table" we can't stop thinking about delicacies straight from sunny Italy. The lecturer of the Foreign Language Center, Anna Sydoruk, not only introduced us to the Italian flavors but also brought us closer to the culinary culture of this region. We also had the opportunity to prepare a little something ourselves. More details in our photo and video coverage.
The trip to the «Stress Management and Mindfulness» workshop with the European Academy of Innovation turned out to be a real and extremely pleasant adventure. It was my first Erasmus+, so I went there with some fears – whether the workshops will turn out to be interesting, whether the people I will meet will be nice and whether there will be someone to spend the evening with. They all turned out to be unfounded! What's more, I came back delighted and full of admiration how everything was perfectly organized, with new knowledge and skills and enriched by several new friendships.
Turkey seems a bit magical to us – partly located in Europe and partly in Asia, it is so close to us and so far away at the same time. During Turkey Day, we found out that it is an exceptionally beautiful place, with excellent food and a very interesting culture. It is definitely worth getting to know her better!

You will also learn about the rules and gastronomic traditions that are carefully observed in this country. Cooking in Italian is a real art, and its secrets will be revealed by our teacher Anna Sydoruk, for whom Italy is her second home. We invite you to the Small Integration Meeting on April 19 at 10:20.
