We're head over heels! Since the meeting "Italians at the table" we can't stop thinking about delicacies straight from sunny Italy. The lecturer of the Foreign Language Center, Anna Sydoruk, not only introduced us to the Italian flavors but also brought us closer to the culinary culture of this region. The trip to the «Stress Management and Mindfulness» workshop with the European Academy of Innovation turned out to be a real and extremely pleasant adventure. It was my first Erasmus+, so I went there with some fears – whether the workshops will turn out to be interesting, whether the people I will meet will be nice and whether there will be someone to spend the evening with. They all turned out to be unfounded! What's more, I came back delighted and full of admiration how everything was perfectly organized, with new knowledge and skills and enriched by several new friendships.
