Organizatorami wydarzenia byli m.in. CEDEU Centro de Estudios Universitarios oraz Uniwersytet Rey Juan Carlos.
Uczelnia Łazarskiego dzięki podpisanej w lipcu 2019 roku z CEDEU Centro de Estudios Universitarios umowie o powołaniu wspólnej grupy badawczej „European Integration Reserch Group”, której kierownikami są: ze strony CEDEU dr Marcin Roman Czubala, zaś ze strony Uczelni Łazarskiego dr Martin Dahl była jednym ze strategicznych partnerów wydarzenia.
Podczas dwudniowych obrad nasi wykładowcy i absolwenci wygłosili następujące prelekcje:
