The academic is located among greenery. On its territory, there are such facilities as a club, a sports center, shops, a library, service points, and a stadium.
The offer includes  single and double rooms arranged in 2 and 3-room segments and matrimonial segments. Each segment has a separate bathroom and WC.

   Note: Students must arrange their own Internet access.

Each room is furnished and the dining area is equipped with an electric cooker and a fridge.
The building has a passenger lift adapted to transport people with physical disabilities and  as well as a laundry room with a drying area.

Distance from the University:

• approx. 45 minutes by public transport (a metro station is located next to the dormitory building)
• access to the University - metro: M2 line (Bemowo station), change to M1 line (Świętokrzyska station) to Wilanowska station.

• PLN 864/month for a place in a double room;
• PLN 896/month for a place in a single room;
• deposit: PLN 300

Accommodation Rules:

• Note: The university does not guarantee placement in a specific room or segment (room assignments are made by the dormitory) and is not responsible for the technical condition of the building or any inconveniences (e.g., technical issues) that may arise during the stay.
• Only students with valid student status are eligible for accommodation in the dormitory.
• Students staying in one of the dormitories at the “Osiedle Przyjaźń” must bring their own bedding, duvet, and pillow. Students are required to comply with the Dormitory Rules and Regulations.
• Accommodation is available from October to June of the academic year.
• Students who are qualified (placed on the accommodation list) for housing at “Osiedle Przyjaźń” will receive information in August regarding the move-in date.
