Napiórkowski, MBA came to Poland from the US (after getting degrees in Decision Science, Economics and MBA) in 2011, from when he successfully complete over 40 consulting projects for national and international clients from the private and the public sector. He wrote a textbook on using data to make decisions in real business life and authored around 40 other scientific publications. He is a lecturer at the Łazarski University from 2014 and an assistant professor at the Warsaw School of Economics since 2015. His hobbies include reading, an active lifestyle and long-term investment portfolio building.
