How to apply for studies

APPLICATION DATES: "Application data"

  • The time-limit for submitting applications for the fall semester will lapse on 15 July.
  • The time-limit for submitting applications for the spring semester will lapse on 15 December.

All documents and nominations should be sent and approved by our office by the aforementioned dates. If these deadlines are exceeded, the applications will be dismissed automatically.

APPLICATION:

Lazarski University must first receive the nomination from your home institution. The nomination should be sent to: erasmus@lazarski.edu.pl

LANGUAGE CERTIFICATE: 

When our office receives your nomination, we will ask you to submit your certificate of English. Every student is obligated to submit a scan of one of international certificates, e.g. Cambridge ESOL, TELC, IELTS, LCCI or TOEFL. The level of language competence confirmed by the certificate must be at least B2. University documents and certificates will be accepted, as well as EU Academy Language Placement Test. Only after the required certificate is received, can we continue with the application procedure.

LEARNING AGREEMENT AND APPLICATION FORM:

After sending us the relevant language certificate you will receive the following documents to be filled in: an application form and the "Learning Agreement".

When filling out the "Learning Agreement", please remember that in case of a two-semester mobility to Lazarski University you need to enumerate the courses selected for both the winter and the spring semester in the "Learning Agreement". In case of an unplanned mobility extension from a single semester to the whole year, courses selected for the second semester will be entered in the "Learning Agreement During the Mobility Section". Please pay special attention to this issue.

You will receive the information on accommodation together with the letter of acceptance. The same notification will be sent to your home institution.
