Agnieszka Fiutak

For a number of years, she worked in health care as a nurse. She completed her law studies at the Faculty of Law of the Lazarski School of Commerce and Law in Warsaw, graduating with distinction and receiving the Rector's Diploma of Recognition.

In 2016, she obtained a degree of Doctor of Laws in the field of law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Lazarski University in Warsaw based on the thesis "Criminal liability for performing a medical procedure without the patient's consent" written under the supervision of Professor Ryszard Stefański.

She completed of Postgraduate School of Medical Law, Bioethics and Sociology of Medicine at the University of Warsaw and postgraduate studies in Road Traffic Safety and Car Expertise at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Jarosław Dąbrowski Military University of Technology in Warsaw. She has completed a number of courses.

Since 2012, she has successfully run the LEXMEDI law firm. She has taught medical law at, among others, the Medical University of Warsaw, the University of Warsaw, the Centre for Postgraduate Medical Education in Warsaw. She conducts training in medical law and law for psychologists and psychotherapists. She cooperates with psychological associations. She is the co-director of the "Medical and pharmaceutical law" postgraduate studies at the SWPS University of Humanities and Social Sciences in Warsaw.

She has authored numerous publications on medical law, including Pomoc psychologiczna. Prawo i etyka w zawodach terapeuty i psychiatry (Psychological assistance.
