Doctor of law, for many years he has been working in the legal department of LOT Polish Airlines, he holds the position of Compliance Officer. Member of the Aviation Subcommittee of the Committee for Investigation of National Aviation Accidents (Polish: KBWLLP) investigating the crash of the Polish Tu-154 in Smolensk. He is an author of many publications in the field of international aviation law.
