Now at Lazarski you can earn a diploma faster than regular students.

From October 2014, the competencies you have gained at work or during training exempt you from the obligation to pursue those subjects that correspond to your professional qualifications. All this is done under the procedure for recognition of professional achievements.

This is ideal if you want to complete your education to further your professional development.

The procedure does not apply to the Faculty of Medicine.

• you save time - the period of study can be shortened by up to half,
• you do not have to complete classes from which you already have specialized knowledge,
• you have an individual study plan, so you can easily combine your studies with work,
• you pay only for the subjects you attend.

You can use the procedure if:

• you have a high school diploma and at least five years of work experience - if you are applying for admission to a first degree or single master's degree program;
   
• you have a bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least three years of work experience after completing your first degree - if you are applying for admission to a second degree program;
   
• you have a master's degree or equivalent and at least two years of professional experience after completing a second degree or a unified master's degree - if you apply for admission to another first or second degree or unified master's degree program.

Procedure for recognition of work experience

1. SUBMIT DOCUMENTS TO THE RECRUITMENT OFFICE

Provide in person, by mail or by e-mail: a resume, certificates of completion of courses and training, a high school diploma (when applying for first degree studies), a university diploma (when applying for second degree studies) and an appropriate application.

Application with documents can be submitted until February 14, 2024

2. SIGN THE AGREEMENT AND PAY THE FEE

If the Dean's decision meets your expectations, the Recruitment Department will prepare an agreement on the terms and conditions of payment for the learning outcomes confirmation procedure. The fee for conducting the procedure is 950 PLN.

3. Take the exam

The exam consists of a presentation of the solution to a case study and an interview with experts. The presentation takes place in front of the Faculty Verification Committee, which grades the recognized subjects.

In accordance with Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of

27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation- RODO, OJ. EU. L. of 2016. No. 119) we would like to inform you that:

1. The administrator of your personal data is Lazarski University, based in Warsaw, at 43 Świeradowska Street, 02-662 Warsaw
2. The administrator has appointed a Data Protection Supervisor, who can be contacted at - iod@lazarski.edu.pl.
3. Your personal data will be processed in order to carry out the process of confirmation of professional achievements, initiated at your request, on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) of the DPA, and in order to fulfill the legal obligation of the Administrator on the basis of Article 6(1)(c) of the DPA, the Law on Higher Education and Science of July 20, 2018, the resolution of the Senate dated March 29, 2023. on "Terms, mode and date of commencement and termination of recruitment, including electronic recruitment for the faculties of law, administration, economics, finance and accounting, management, international relations, law in business, law in international relations and business, law in IT at Lazarski University for the academic year 2023/2024", the performance of a task carried out in the public interest, by determining the terms, mode and date of commencement and termination of recruitment and the manner of its conduct, resulting from the Law on Higher Education and Science of July 20, 2018. and on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) of the RODO.
4. Your personal data will be kept by the Administrator for the period necessary for the implementation of the process of processing the application for confirmation of professional achievements, and in the situation of a successful application for the period related to the implementation of the educational process and resulting from generally applicable regulations.
5. Your personal data may be transferred to public authorities and state offices or other entities authorized by law. Your personal data may be shared by us with entities that operate the Administrator's ICT systems and provide ICT tools or provide courier, cloud or hosting services.
6. Your personal data will not be subjected to automated decisions, including profiling.
7. You have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, the right to rectify, delete or restrict its processing, and the right to data portability.
8. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data.
9. You have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
10. Personal data is necessary to process your application. Providing personal data to the extent required by the Law on Higher Education and Science is necessary, failure to provide personal data prevents the start of the process of confirmation of professional achievements.
11. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country/international organization unless required by the legal obligations of the Administrator.
