You will discover the secrets of planning, implementing and monitoring projects, and you will learn to motivate teams, make sound decisions and deal with challenges.

What you will learn:

• project planning and implementation: you will learn project management methodologies such as PRINCE2® and Agile PM®, and you will learn to define project goals, define tasks, set schedules and allocate resources,
• team management and communication: you will discover the art of effective team communication, motivating and inspiring employees, as well as resolving conflicts and building a cohesive team,
• risk analysis and decision-making: you will learn to identify potential project risks, assess their risks and develop risk management strategies,
• using modern project management tools and methods: you will master project management software, as well as communication tools. We teach using MS Project tool, among others,
• negotiation and conflict resolution skills: you will learn skills to negotiate with clients, suppliers and other project stakeholders, as well as resolve conflicts in a constructive manner,
• project budget and time management: you will learn to plan and control the project budget, as well as effectively manage time and achieve project goals on time,
• monitoring and evaluating project progress: you will learn methods to monitor project progress and evaluate project performance.
