Are you looking for a practical use of English? Do you want to gain experience in the work with children? Do you need a letter of reference? Are you a creative, energetic, pleasant and bubbly person? Do you have any talents or skills that may be useful for children? Do you like playing with kids and having fun with them? Do you believe that good deeds pay off?

Volunteering for the Foreign Language Centre may give you a good start in your career, be a pleasant change in everyday life, a way to try your skills as a kids’ language teacher and, first of all, a response to a noble need to do something for charity, work for the good of other people.

Do you feel like acting? Is your English language competence at a B2 level? Do you like children? Are you responsible and conscientious?

If you answer YES four times, you are the person we need and are looking for!

English for the children from the neighbourhood is a social and educational project that is going to have its 16th edition this year (project dates: 25 June- 12 July 2018). In 2015 it was awarded the European Language Label.

The idea behind it is to teach them English and provide them with a rich and varied programme of entertainment including competitions, mini tournaments, games and other attractions for three weeks or on a single event basis.

Volunteers will be provided with methodological and organisational support from the organisers.
