The RSA conference in 2019 aims to discuss how regions can cooperate on various levels beyond borders. The topics of the conference include: regional development and its policy, globalization, innovations, technologies, social networks, entrepreneurship, start-ups. Students and young scientists up to the age of 35 may apply for the scholarship. The scholarship covers the payment of the conference fee (along with one year's membership in the RSA), as well as costs related to travel and accommodation up to PLN 500.
