Can you make a bamboo bicycle and cycle around the world? Do you like travelling but you are tired of crowded places full of tourists? Would you like to discover a new part of the world and its culture, which is totally different for the European one? Are you interested in meetings while on the way? We are inviting you to the “Meeting with Oman”, an extraordinary story about a country from One Thousand and One Nights, on 12 April 2018.

Dorota Chojnowska and Selim Saffarini, who travelled around Oman on their handmade bamboo bicycles, will be our guests. They will speak about places that enchanted them, culture, customs, meetings with interesting people and everyday life of Omani people.

Arab music and the flavour of burning incense will be an additional attraction.

You will try a popular Omani dish called biryani and sweet and very healthy dates. Or, how about some coffee with cardamom? :)
