Can you learn English while walking? Of course, you can and you should.

Last Friday the students of the intensive English language course organised by Foreign Language Centre went for a walk in the Old Town. They visited the Barbican, Old Town Square and King Sigismund’s Column. They saw the Royal Castle, Adam Mickiewicz’s Monument, the Grand Theatre and the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. They went past the Zachęta National Gallery of Art and the Polish National Bank, from where it is just a few metres to E. Wedel’s chocolate shop. Those who persevered in covering that long distance in spite of a little unfriendly weather could have a rest there drinking hot chocolate and tasting delicious Wedel hand-made chocolates.
