To receive a diploma, please report to the Archive in the following hours:

  • Monday - Thursday - closed
  • Friday - 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Receiving of diplomas

The masters when receiving a diploma return student card. In the case of a lost student ID is required statement, which you can write in the Archives office.

Time limit for receipt of diplomas

Archive will notify everyone by e-mail when the diploma will be ready for pickup.
Before receiving an email from the Archive any questions please contact the Dean's Office.

If necessary, please contact the Archives:

In the title of e-mail should be included:

  • professional degree,
  • faculty.
  • ID number.

Keep history of correspondence, please.


In the presence of an employee Dean's Office a graduate may authorize another person to receive documents. You should only give the number of the identity document of this person. Please make the formalities associated with the delivery of the documents before you would leave Warsaw.
Authorization can also be written with a notary public.

Translation diploma

In the Dean's Office, you can order a copy of the diploma issued in English. About the possibility of receiving a document Archive notify each graduate in a separate email. Before receiving an email from the Archive any questions please contact the Dean's Office

Other formalities

Those who did not complete the study, crossed out, they turn to pick up the documents to the Dean's Office.
Any certificate, copies, duplicates, extracts are fixed in the Dean's Office - not in the Archives.
Graduates postgraduate studies receive their  documents in the CKP Office - not in the Archives.
