c. Search for and identify new host companies for work placements in Europe in collaboration with the training officer and the project manager ; establish institutional partnerships, collaborate with partners in Europe, keep in contact with host companies throughout the work placement, and where possible, build up company loyalty.
d. Establish work placement agreements in collaboration with the training officer, to submit to the project manager for approval.
